## Scope Covered
- **Primary frame:** 42 columns + 42 rafters (R1 eave haunch / R2 mid-span / R3 apex), built-up plate I-sections (web 4 mm / flange 6 mm, A572 Gr 50), 25 mm A36 base plates with M25 F1554 Gr 105 J-bolts, 16 mm A572 splice plates.
- **Secondary:** Z 200×75×20 purlins (1.6 mm G550) and Z 150×60×20 girts (1.6 mm G550), galvanized Z275.
- **Envelope:** PPGI 0.5 mm AZ150 standing-seam roofing + wall cladding; 25 mm FSK glass wool insulation over full envelope.
- **Labour:** PEB erection at Rs. 80/sq ft built-up.

## Design Basis
ASCE 7-16 · AISC 360-16 (LRFD) · PBC 2008 · Wind 110 mph Exp C · Seismic Zone 2B SDC C · AWS D1.1 (E7018) · ASTM A325 Type 1 bolts.

## Key Assumptions (flagged in BOQ)
1. **Frame layout:** 7 frame lines/hall @ 20'-10" (6 bays = 125'-0") — 20 ft spacing does not divide 125 ft.
2. Rafter pitch computed from eave/ridge heights (actual ≈ 1:6.9 vs stated 1:5) — flagged for design reconciliation.
3. Rafters split into 3 equal segments; connection plates estimated at 4% of frame steel.
4. PPGI & glass wool applied to full roof + wall envelope.
